NH Eat Local Week will be August 3-9, and so far we are short on details but the idea is to get a lot of people from all over NH eating local foods. INCLUDING, and maybe especially, some significant and public people, like civic leaders at all levels of government, journalists, bloggers ;), etc. We are definitely looking for people from all over the state to become official and unofficial sponsors of this, promoting it, owning it for their communities, etc. We can act simply as a broker house of publicity and information, but we hope it grows far beyond us.

We'll be joining in the 'national' Eat Local Challenge in October, so those looking for a fun month can start planning ahead.
