Workshop on grading, packing, and marketing table eggs
Friday, August 21, 2009, at 6pm, there is a workshop being held on the Rochester Fair grounds, at 72 Lafayette Street, in Rochester, NH. Janis Conner, NH Agricultural Inspector, will be presenting Grading Table Eggs. Robert Gibson, Yellow House Farm, will be presenting Packaging and Marketing Table Eggs.
