Workshop on grading, packing, and marketing table eggs

Friday, August 21, 2009, at 6pm, there is a workshop being held on the Rochester Fair grounds, at 72 Lafayette Street, in Rochester, NH.  Janis Conner, NH Agricultural Inspector, will be presenting Grading Table Eggs.  Robert Gibson, [2] Yellow House Farm, will be presenting Packaging and Marketing Table Eggs.  If you are working with a backyard flock and would like hints on marketing requirements and information, this will be a great opportunity.  For more information, call Sylvia Townsend at 603-664-9576.  If she doesn’t pick-up, leave a quick message and she’ll get right back to you.
