Earth Day Event at the Children’s Museum in Dover

Wednesday, April 7th, 2010

This year there are a ton of great events taking place in honor of Earth Day, see our calendar for some. One of those events is at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire on Thursday, April 22, 2010, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The museum’s goal is to help children “learn to be ‘Earth Heroes’ by finding out simple things they can do to reduce, reuse, and recycle.”

Some groups attending the event are Wentworth Gardens of Rollinsford, Red Worms for a Green Earth, UNH’s Kids Can Grow program, Cabot Creamery, and your very own Seacoast Eat Local. The day is sure to be a blast for kids of all ages!
