UNH Coop. Extension: Yes You Can! Food Preservation Program

Yes You Can!

On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. UNH Cooperative Extension will be presenting the food preservation class Yes You Can! Drop by for the free canning demonstration and program by Claudia Boozer-Blasco, UNH Cooperative Extension educator. Learn about the use of proper canning equipment, techniques for canning acidic fruits and vegetables safely in a water-bath canner, and using up-to-date canning recipes. This class is open to the public and handicap accessible. The program will be at the UNH Cooperative Extension Rockingham County Office, 113 North Road, Brentwood, NH, 03833.
