In this workshop, we’ll make simple, scrumptious dishes perfect for your Thanksgiving and Winter Holiday meals, and we’ll do it using healthy ingredients. Sweet Eating: The Healthy Way – December 11, 2010 (Sat. 2:00-4:00pm)

In this workshop, we’ll talk about all kinds of sugars – from refined white sugar to the natural sugars we get from sweet fruits and veggies. We’ll also discuss why sugar cravings can be so intense and how to conquer them for good. That’s right: for good! Other topics include glycemic index, insulin and diabetes, and the importance of sweet veggies in your diet. You’ll walk away with tons of new knowledge, recipes, and a game plan for conquering your sweet cravings.
Reset Your Good Health for the New Year – January 8, 2011 (Sat. 1:00-3:00pm)

In this powerful and restorative workshop, we’ll discuss reasons why resolutions often fail (and how to avoid it). We are really excited about the upcoming workshops. I wanted to mention that Erin & I will be at The Herbal Path (in Dover) tomorrow (Saturday, 10/23) from 2 to 4pm to pass out some yummy homemade food samples and talk with people about the workshop series.
