It may seem unlikely, but you can eat delicious, local meals right through winter in New Hampshire. Come to this workshop and learn why it’s so important to support our farmers and eat locally grown food through all the seasons. Winter Farmers’ Markets are popping up throughout the state, which makes eating local even easier! Sara Zoë, Jennifer and Alexis will offer tips on how to shop a winter farmers market, choose your recipes, and make yummy, healthy cold-season meals.
